Welcome! The Milburn Foundation
International Institute is dedicated to better the knowledge and
human relations of indigenous cultures through environmental,
educational, and health preservation on a world level for world peace
and harmony with Christian beliefs. As part of our foundation the Milburn
Foundation Tours/Travel in Mexico are dedicated to the preservation
of the Tarahumara Indians and their Indigenous culture. Our tours give you, your family, and organization or school the opportunity to see first hand ancient living cultures and the impact of modern life as it comes together with old traditions and folklore. The Rarumari or better known as the Tarahumara Indians of Chihuahua, Mexico are perfect examples of how an age old culture has lived in harmony with nature even though the modern world encroaches. Those who are fortunate enough to capture a place on the Milburn Foundation Tours/Travel will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit and learn firsthand about a living history. You will have the chance to visit the homes, farmlands, woods and the canyons of the last “cave and cliff dwellers”. Our tours are “laid back”, fun, informative and remarkable. Every evening time is set aside to answer questions, sing, dance, and eat authentic meals. You will be engaged in a cultural adventure with the Tarahumara people. It will prove to be unforgettable. Our hope is this unique experience will touch your heart and inspire you to share your story of this beautiful place, and peaceful people. |
